A mother-daughter kitchen, rooted in heart
Kitch'n Savvy is the shared dream of Emaan and Savana Toppazzini — a mother and daughter who have been cooking together their whole lives. What started at home in Stayner grew into something their whole community could sit down to.
A shared kitchen from the start
Savana grew up watching her mom Emaan — then a director of menu innovation at Toppers Pizza — bring recipe work home to the family.
Heritage recipes, then formal training
Emaan's Palestinian and Lebanese recipes are as authentic as it gets. Savana deepened that foundation with honours from George Brown College's Culinary Management program.
Food for your soul and heart
Made in-house with fresh ingredients and bold flavours, every dish reflects the mission they opened with: food for your soul and heart. They actively support local businesses, too.
The full family behind it
Behind the scenes, Keith Toppazzini — dad — keeps the business side running, and the family is quick to say Kitch'n Savvy wouldn't be what it is without him. It really is a family operation, in every sense of the word.
